1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RealtyAI Writer ("the Service"), operated by RealtyAI Writer ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RealtyAI Writer is an AI-powered content generation tool for real estate professionals. The Service generates property listing descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and call scripts based on user-provided property information.

3. User Accounts & Free Trial

New users receive 5 free content generations. No account registration is required for the free trial. Paid subscriptions require valid payment information through our payment processor, Stripe.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

Refund Policy: We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact support@realtyaiwriter.com to request a refund.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse the API or generate excessive requests
• Resell generated content as an AI service to third parties
• Generate content that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates fair housing laws

6. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content generated through the Service. We do not claim any rights to your generated content. You are responsible for reviewing and editing generated content before publication to ensure accuracy and compliance with local real estate regulations.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by AI may contain inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying all facts, figures, and claims in generated content before using it in marketing materials. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated content or any consequences arising from its use.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
